Signed sale agreement with a person in July but no EMI is paid by him

I have signed an agreement with a buyer for sale of my property in Varanasi in July this year.the buyer assured me if he delays the registry of property he will share emi but after 4 months he has not paid me anything against emi nor has he concluded the registry.also the agreement date has been mentioned as august though it was signed in July.as I stay in noida I was relying on him for most of the matters but am finding myself duped.

yu can file a consumer claim and are eligible to receive the EMI with interest on it. You can shpw the agreement and prove in court that it has been breached by the buyer and you have to also attach the statement of accounts of the amount paid by you
