Signature on Application letter and agreement not executed

I have signed the application letter. There were terms and conditions which i signed by mistake which states no refund. But since the agreement is not done will there be issue with my refund.

What is the letter that’s been signed by you? Ideally if there’s no agreement executed between the parties then it shouldn’t be an issue and on the basis of that letter no party can sue you. So ideally issue a letter again stating that the letter was signed without the terms and conditions being explained by the other party of the letter
