Should one buy property gifted by West Bengal Government to a Refugee

Hello. My name is Gopal Debnath, I choose to buy a property, which is gifted by Government of West Bengal to Mr Ashish, this property is mutated with the name of Mr Ashish. Now Mr Ashish have a developer agreement with promoter Mr Vikash, who want to sell the flats to different individuals, one of the individual is me. My question is can Mr Vikash sell a flat to me which is a gifted property to Mr Ashish from West Bengal Goverment.

hello, first you have to check each paper very carefully, basically you can purchase the property from the aforementioned person, before that varify all the documents, if you require any legal help kindly contect me
