Should I buy gaothan property?

im interested in property at versova ,it is a gaothan property but in a apartment ,no bank loan available so should i buy this property?

Get the property papers vetted through a property lawyer and once you are sure that the title is clear, there is no litigation on it and the papers are in order there should be no problem in buying the property. Once you buy it it must be legally transferred in your name. There are a lot of properties where bank does not give loan but that does not necessarily mean that such properties are not worthy of purchase.

By legal search of 30 years of the property by lawyer and obtain all mutation entry recorded on 7/12 extract before buying the property. because it is risky to buy such property .nany times villeger made power of attroney with one person and also with another person made agreement to sale due to all this factor people has to face legal problem just like cases relating to such property.

whether it is a resale property? if yes then whether there is a society having conveyance if not then please do check the PR card of that area , I don't think there is any plot left in Versova coming under gaothan , If PR card shows "sheti" agriculture written then there must be some dispute in property. If you mention the CTS No. i might will be able to guide you on this and can take a search on property
