Shop possession matter ,not giving me any rent or allow me to come to

We are 2 brothers We purchased shop in nagpur in2016 in joint name My younger brother has been doing business there,he never gave me anything monetary rent So please advice what to do,do I have 50 % share in shop,how to proceed sir Now my brother is not interested in division of shop nor giving rent

If the shop stands in the joint name of you and your brother then you too are the co-owner of shop too and have equal right, title and interest in the said property. You can file a suit seeking possession of the said shop. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.

Well, if you will be able to prove 50 % Investment has been made by you in purchasing the shop in Court, then, Court will legally declare you as the owner of 50 % of share in such shop jointly purchased by you and your Brother. It will be best to approach Honourable Court to protect your ownership stake in shop.
