AS per Hindu Succession Act 1956

Laws of succession applicable to Hindus, Sikhs, Jains and Buddhist are laid down in this Act.
An amendment of the Act was passed in 2005, according to which daughters were also provided equal rights on ancestral property.

This is my response to you:
1. As per the Hndu law, the shares of your father will be equally divided between all brothers and sisters;
2. This is as per the 2005 amendment law;
3. Also the share of your mother will be divided between class I heirs i.e. her children;
4. Therefore, obtain a succession certificate and do the partition of the property equally;
5. If your sister's do not want a share in the property, then they can issue a NOC waiving off their claim on the property.
