Share of Mother's property to daughters

17-Mar-2024 (In Property Law)
My brother has got my mother's entire property transferred in his name when she was alive and didn't inform his married sisters. After my mother's death recently I came to know this. He's holding the property papers and now claiming that the property belongs to him alone. I'm a Indian Christian. Please suggest what can I do in this regard. Can I claim my mother's property?

if you are brother has got a transferred your mother's property to his name while your mother was alive it means the few your mother cooperated with him to do such a transfer. if you cannot Pro any missed presentation are fraud such as your mother health condition or mental condition during the transfer period there is nothing you can do about it.
