heloo sir my name is manik i want to ask a question sir mere grand father ki property hai but grd father was died & mere father bhi nahi Hai he was also died tho sir mera property me koi bhi share bhi nhi hoga kyaa sir mere taauu Hai 2 wo Meri mummy se khe rhe the ki tumhara koi right nhi hai ki tum property me share leoo tho sir plz help me and gave me a reply
यदि प्रापर्टी खानदानी है तो भले ही तुम्हारे पिता की मृत्यु हो गई है तुम्हारा और तुम्हारी माता का शेयर होता है , तुम्हारे दादा २ भाई थे तो पैत्रिक संपत्ति दो भाग में बंटेगी, जैसा की तुम्हारे दादा जीवित होते तब बटती, और फिर वही हिस्सा तुम्हारे पिता को मिलता , और जब की तुम्हारे पिता जीवित नहीं है तो वह संपत्ति तुम्हारे और तुम्हारी माता के नाम उतना ही हिस्सा आएगा जितना की तुम्हारे बाबा के अथवा तुम्हारे पिता के हिस्से में आता , और यदि संपत्ति तुम्हारे दादा ने खुद खरीदी है और उसको बेंचा अथवा पंजीकृत वसीयत किसी के पक्ष में नहीं किये है तो भी वह तुम्हे और तुम्हारी माता को मिलेगी , उत्तराधिकार का धारा ३३ भू.राज.अधि. के तहत तहसीलदार के यहाँ प्रार्थना पत्र देकर अपना और अपनी माता का नाम संपत्ति पर दर्ज करवाओ ,
