Share of daughter in undivided land

10-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
My father were four brothers. they bought a property with their combined income in the name of their wives. At the time of their division this complete property was transferred to my father in the name of my mother by other three aunts. My father passed away in 1998 and mother in 2013. Now we are two sisters and two brothers. We got married back in 1977 and 1978. There is no will Left by any of our parents. Can we(sisters) claim in this property. And how much is our share?

As per Hindu succession act each and every legal hires has equal share in the ancestral property. You can file a partition suit before the competent court of civil jurisdiction for share of your property
