i submitted disclaimer certificate after my sister's death and transfer the whole amount to my brother, who denied to share my part

Dear client as per your query since you transfered the whole amount to your brother then did you gave him (NOC) No Objection Certificate if you have not given NOC you can claim over it to get your share..
