Ones a person ceased to be Hindu, he is disqualified to ask partion under Hindu Succession Act as it applicable only to Hindu. In your case you can not demand for partition as 1985 amendment and 2005 amendment to Hindu Succession Act only applicable Hindus. If you re convert to Hindu you can demand for partition if your father property is self acquired property. The 1985 and 2005 amendments given a status to women as coparcenary in joint family property . Only coparsners are only eligible to share in joint family property but not others

Hi,

You have equal right over your fathers property as per Christian Succession act, you have to file partition suit against your siblings to claim your share as per the law.
