Share in the property in joint family, purchased by my elder brother

My elder brother purchased 25 decimal land in the joint family after demise of father. We are four brothers. Can we get a share in that property ?

If still family property has not been partitioned among you and your brothers, you can claim share in the property bought by your elder brother. But before claiming the same you have to established that the said property had not been bought by your elder brother from his personal income. Though it is very hard for your elder brother to prove that property was bought from his personal income.
