Seven Equal Share Required - But two children playing a game to posses

Out of seven children, two are trying to illegally possess mother's property in Madurai. They want to cheat the other five. All children are above 50 and 60. One fellow stays in Mother's property (house). Mother and Father no more. The two not coming for legal agreement. They create nuisance to distract other five.
You can file partition case to divide the property into equal shares for all the legal heirs of your parents. This way the two brothers cannot enjoy all the property at the expense of other shareholders.
