Settlement deed with life interest how can the legal heirs claim

Settlement deed is executed with life interest .The settler is alive but the settlee has expired leaving behind legal heirs. How the legal heirs can claim this property and all the legal heirs can claim this property? Please let me know. Thanks

You need to look for the beneficiary clause in the settlement deed. For any valid settlement deed with life interest there will be a beneficiary and without beneficiary it is not a valid document. You need to read the settlement deed thoroughly to find it.
