Settlement deed question of legality

My grandfather registered the house through settlement deed but within a year my grandmother passed away, so my grandfather cancelled the settlement deed and registered a new settlement deed of the house on my father's name . Now my father's brother is disputing the 2nd settlement deed and filed a case ..?
Will it be in my favour..?
the second settlement date is invalid under law when one person as made a settlement in favour of other person he cannot cancel that settlement date after sometime Supreme Court has finalize the matter and such cancellation of settlement is not valid and law
