Seperated from husband trying to occupy my house

Me and my husband are seperated for more than 4 yrs. I am with my kid in parents home. He is in middle east. I have a house which i an paying 70 percent of salary as emi my parents convinced me to continue paying as it will be future asset. Ny hus not given a penny these many yes. Now suddenly he has somehow got my tenant number and has asked him to vacate, also has told he will deposit adv to my tenant.My hus has plans to come back to India and occupy that house with his mom.. i am the owner of house as per agreement but i hoogled and read that if he occupies i cannt force him out..if i dont get rent i cannot manage my expense.. My hus creats troubles and also planning to take away my 10 yr old son with him

You can file a civil case before concern court against your husband to declaration of the property with relevant proofs
And if you don’t want to live with your husband you can file divorce petition also and domestic violence case also
Without court order your husband cannot take away your son
