Separate record of rights document of the property of my father

My grandfather 's property distributed between my father and his brother. But single record of rights of property is available. It includes both person's names with their devided property details. How can we get separate record of rights (geni pahani)of property ?
If both of the parties whose name appears in the RTC arrive at a partition by partitioning the land by metes and bounds you can requisition the revenue department to conduct a survey and demarcate and fix its boundaries.
If the two parties do not come to an understanding with another you will have to approach court.
