Senior Citizen Act Applicability and Cancellation of Gift Deed

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am employee in District Collector Office. We Deal with Record of Rights issues. We recently received an Appeal where a land of Ac. 5.00 cts is given as Gift Deed to daughter of Appellant and the daughter died by suicide due to harassment of the family of her husband. so they cancelled the Gift Deed . is the cancellation valid?
hi first need to see the conditions of the sale deed executed in her favour and the legal heirs mentioned in the deed and if it is cancelled unilaterally then you could approach the court seeking relief
