Send Legal notice to maternal uncle

I belong to Ranchi,JH but born and brought up in Mumbai.My Nana who expired in 2007 has many property in Ranchi.Soon after his demise my maternal uncle has stated giving the land to developers with my mother's consent.I want to send Legal Notice to my Maternal Uncle.My maternal uncle has given a piece of land to a developer for construction without my mother's consent.I am not sure what documents he has shown to developer to proof that he's the only legal heir of my Nana's property.I am sure my uncle has forged some documents to prove he's the owner of land.Now construction has already started on plot and my Maternal Uncle has still not talked to my mother about her share.I want to send Legal notice to both my Maternal Uncle & the the land developer.
