Selling property with/without Surviving member certificate

Hi,
My mother passed away without leaving a will and is survived by my father and us 3 sons. My youngest brother and my father are asking to provide the documents required for surviving member certificate application. What I need to know is that can my father and my brother sell the property with/without surviving member certificate/succession certificate? Is there any loophole I should be aware of? I am concerned they are planning to eat up my share as well

Yea, you all the are the surviving heirs and hence they are asking for member certificate application.
