Selling of paternal property without consent of one of the legal heirs

12-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
Hi, My grandpa had 2 properties one residential and another for business purpose. He died 2 years ago. He has 5 kids , including my dad. Now 4 of them want to sell the property while one is not ready for that. Is it possible to sell the property without one agreeing to it. The property has construction and there is no way to divide it into parts. Kindly suggest

As per law in ancestral property each and every legal heirs have equal share, no one can sell it individually, each and everyone consent is required, sell without consent of anyone of the legal heirs is illegal
