Can i sell my agriculture land without physically being present in registrar office through power of attorney?

Yes you can sell your land through POA without being physically present at registrar’s office. The sale deed signed by POA holder should mention POA registration details . Execute an registered POA in favour of a trusted person. Clearly mention the authority to sell the specific agricultural land.
