07-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
I gave token amount and on the date of registration, seller asked me to postpone the registration and I postponed it to today. Now he is refusing to sell the land and also refusing to give token amount back. I have signed agreement from seller with me. what can I do now?

file specific performance suit in court where property is situated, pay court fee on property rate and take order copy and get registered on your name. you need to first send legal notice. if seller does not respond. you can file suit in court where property is situated
