Seller is not registering plot and he kept on increasing sale agreemen

Dear Team,
"We paid an advance amount for purchasing a plot through a Sale Agreement. They inherited the land after their father's demise and currently have a GPA Agreement, but their sisters have filed a case against it. Since the land is in a legal dispute, how should I proceed? Can I revoke the Sale Agreement or should I wait?"
u can revoke the sale agreement and ask for refund. as it is a disputed property unless all the owners agree you cannot purchase it. cooweners can can create problem.. ask for refund of money. waiting is a waste of tiime
