Mainy plot purchase Kia lekin seller apni jamin ki rate mujsy jyada mang rha ki uska khna tha ki Mera property gain tax cut. Jayga lekin vo iski mujy. Detail nhi thy rha mai Kya kr skta hu Kya court case kr skta hi

First of all I don't understand the query if you have purchased the plot then you should be agreed before at what price should he sell the plot and afterwards no one can demand extra money for property tax. If you don't want to give then cancel the deal.
