Seller asking for huge money to register rectification deed

A the owner of land from survey no 10/1&PoA for land 10/2.A made plots on both 10/1&10/2 survey no together in 2013.It's unapproved layout at that time.A sold a plot from survey no 10/2 to B in 2013 registering it as that plot is from his own land in SurveyNo 10/1,instead of registering it as PoA for the correct SurveyNo 10/2.B sold this plot to C.Now A got RERA&DTCP approval for unsold plots.Principals of 10/2 asking huge money for rectification deed.May I know how C can correct these mistakes?

hi Felix here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, you can file a suit for specific performance directing the principal owners to aife with the rectification provided there are no dues from your part, thank you, you can contact me for further clarifications

Clerical and Arithmetic errors may be corrected by way of a rectification deed and getting it registered. Rectification deed is the only way. Representation may be sent to the Registration department as well.
