Sell only still carprking to other

We buy 1 bhk flat with 1 still carprking from builder it was mention in cell agreement now I want to sell my flat and we are planning to by others flat
But this flat don't have parking
Can we do that first we sell our parking to other flat wich we want to buy and after that we do our sell agreement with tham so our 1 bhk parking is with us only with our new flat please help
