This is my response to you:
1. You will need a letters of administration from the hc;
2. You will need to file probate petition;
3. Once that is obtained then you and your daughter will get the ownership;
4. Since daughter is minor you will be the natural guardian;
5. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
