Self owned civil property need to get partition divide

Self owned civil property with among 3 legal heirs and hence among 3 equal rights of legal heirs. In this regard if person not ready to give us or divide property equal to us and then procedures to get our own father's property equal to ourselves on legally rights
In case one of the co-sharers is not co-operating to effect partition of joint property he option left for you is to approach Court seeking partition. Notice will go from Court to all concerned parties and Court will proved even if that party is nof willing.
