Seeking Remedies for Judicial Misconduct and Procedural Irregularities

23-Nov-2024 (In Property Law)
An ad-interim injunction was granted based on incomplete addresses, and its extensions were processed without notifying the respondent for 9 months. Despite the plaintiff's death, affidavits were filed by the advocate to continue the order, bypassing proper legal procedures. The injunction facilitated land encroachment, and police refused to act due to undue influence. What remedies exist to address judicial and administrative misconduct in such cases?please note the LR is District Judge

hi if the ad interim injunction is obtained without serving the notice on other party then you could file appeal against such order in appellate court on the ground that no notice is served upon you by the other party and it was obtained by fraud
