SEEKING LEGAL SUPPORT TO RETAIN MY HOUSE PROPERTY

I am K. Vadivel, aged 62, a retd. employee, living in Tiruchirapalli. My native town is Thirukkaattupalli in Thanjavur Dt. I got married in 1996. During 1997 when I was living with my parents, I bought a house in my native and the property was registered in the name of my eldest brother as per Fathers will. I have 2 elder and 1 younger brothers. After the death of my father in 2003, to facilitate my children's education and my job at Tiruchi I settled at Tiruchi. Second elder brother was living in Ooty. My eldest and younger brothers were living in that house. my eldest brother left that house during during 2012 along with his family and during 2014 he handed over the property to me by executing a settlement deed. After the demise of my mother in 2016 younger brother with his family are living there. Now he is refusing to vacate the house and trying to confiscate my house by claiming enjoyment right. All documents are in my name. Kindly help me legally to retain my property
