Leakage of water in Parking Area of said building, from the roof over which an open podium is situated. Housing Society is formed but yet I have not become a member of said Society. Said Society is not seriously pursuing this issue before the developer and yet, some of the tenements are yet to be sold in the said project. Sir, as per provision u/s. 14(3) of MAHARERA Act, can I get it resolved this issue in case promoter denies to rectify said defect on the ground of formation of said Housing

once this society is formed that the developer has handed over everything to the society OC has come you purse you right before the Cooperative code or private Suit against the developer it will be very difficult for you to pursue things against the developer under Rehra OSI has come and Society is formed and handover to society
