Sarfaesi notice 13(4) symbolic possesion received

I need help regarding the home i purchased. I did register banakhat of property, And property is morgaged and loan taken by seller from sriram finanace, now after sometime my party denies to do dastavej, now they are not paying installment to finanace company, so sriram finance has given notice 13(4), and now they stick notice of symbolic possesion on property. This is to you that currently i have possesion of pro not the seller, also i filled civil suite as seller not done dastavej. So as thirdparty i can ask for an
Against the order passed by the magistrate under 13(4) you shall have to approach the high court.
Please find out whether the original owner of the property was heard or not before the aforesaid order was passed.
