Same "Khasra Sankhya" but different "Khata Sankhya"

I had bought an agriculture land in Uttar Pradesh (near Kanpur) from someone and after a month Mr "X" had also bought an adjacent land from same person. We both have different "khata sankhya" but same "Khasra Sankhya”. It is unclear in "SHAJRA" that who belongs where. Until now it is an understanding that I am in frontside and "x" is in backside. How this can be recorded in "SAJRA". I have an electricity connection in my name on the property built on my part of land.
your problem can be solve first of all you have mentioned from where property in question exist
whether have you initiate mutation proceedings before tehseeldaar or not. and what is date of purchase the property
