Sale of property- Agreement for advance

I have decided to sell my vacant plot of 1 ground. A buyer agreed my price and paid an advance amount and agreed to register the property within 5months. He didn't tell anything even after 1 year. Is that agreement valid after 1year. I am not interested to sell my property to him . What is the consequences if any i have to face
you have waited for a period one year.
you should read the contents of the agreement.... after the elapse. of five months what is the condition in the agreement. anyhow if you have got the idea of not. selling the property. nobody can compel you to sell the property. inorder to avoid further litigation or complications.... issue a legal notice and remain in silence
