Sale of house in my name through registered Will

The registered will by father gives me complete ownership but "after the demise of both my parents". My father passed away in 2021, i live in a rented home in delhi. I have a daughter who is currently doing BCA fm Rajasthan. My mother wishes to stay with me for rest of her life. How can i sell my house n relocate to delhi. Pl help
You can very well execute the sale deed on the basisvofbthe will executed by your father
You have to provide details such as the copy of the wills possession certificate location sketch and other details
