Sale of house in my name through registered Will

The registered will by father gives me complete ownership but "after the demise of both my parents". My father passed away in 2021, i live in a rented home in delhi. I have a daughter who is currently doing BCA fm Rajasthan. My mother wishes to stay with me for rest of her life. How can i sell my house n relocate to delhi. Pl help
If the will gives you complete ownership, only life intrest is vested with your mother. You guys can very well alienate the property to third person onthe basis of will executed by your father. First of all you have to ptovide all the details regarding the property
