Sale of ancestral property by brothers without consent of sisters

23-May-2023 (In Property Law)
An ancestral property (My Mothers Father purchased it) was sold by my 3 uncles without concent of my Mom and Moms Sister. The uncles claim "long time back they had taken signatures from my Mom saying "My Mom has no objection of utilizing the said property or sale of the same by the 3 uncles" However no where was anything mentioned about the Monies involved if the property was sold. Is it so that my Mom will no longer get any money as the buyer of the property has already paid the 3 Uncles. IS this correct? Can my Mom and Moms sister claim for equal amount of the total Money received by the 3 uncles?

You have to file for a civil suit for the same stating that the property that was sold is an ansistral property and no batvaranama is made for the same the sign that you are talking about is taken by cheating or for some other porpouse.same time you can file for recovery of amount against your uncle
