Hi. I have seen your query carefully and found that you and your husband are living abroad and the uncle of your husband has done an agreement to purchase a house in your husband name. But you should clerify that your husband has given any power of attorney in favour of his uncle or not. if your husband has not given any power of attorney then his uncle can not sign the agreement papers on behalf of your husband. Further agreement of sale should be registered after payment of proper stamp duty in the office of Registrar. So please clarify all the details of the matter for proper advice. you can contact me for further assistance and advice on my contract number or email address through administrator of this website
