Rules in regard to dhana kirayam possession

I father has six sons & one daughter. he had purchase a agricultural land around 1 acre. so now the problem is land distribution ,but he will do registration on his 1st son only as a dhana kirayam . I am a last son, can I cancel a registration? how to cancel as a legal way. so please help me thank you.

No, you can't. It is your father's right. You can't claim as a matter of right. The property purchased by your father from his income. He can distribute the property as he wish. Try to go compromise with your father and brother

As per your statement the property is a self acquired property by your father. If your father has some ancestral property you can legally claim a share in it along with your other siblings . But in this case you can not claim legal right and your father can give it to anybody.
