Road issue within private property accessible

We have land 60 cent and another house is using walking road as vehicle road as access to their house. Since it is my private property, can I block that road or ensure that it doesn't get used as vehicle road. I am ok to give them access as walking road but not 10ft road as their demand. Suggestions
File an injunction suit stating that the adjacent property owner is attempting to use the potion of your property for the egress and ingress the their property after attempting to widen the present pathway
