Rights on grandmother's property bought by grandfather in her name

18-Sep-2024 (In Property Law)
My grand father kept a property in my grandmother's name. My grandfather has 3 sons. Can my grandmother have right to give that property for only 2 sons excluding one son for any reason? If she writes any will for only two sons rather than 3...will it be lawful or not? Can we challenge that in the court because is not self aquired property of her?

hi yes you could challenge such sale of property as it is not self acquired property and that you have rights over the property and that as a legal heir you could challenge that will made denying your share
