Technically it will devolve upon all the legal heirs of your grandmother. But it needs to be examined whether the transfer to your grandmother was valid or not. In law every comma and full stop matters.

That aftet death of ur grandmother her proprety will transfer t her all legal heirs. It has no concern whether she had acquired frm ur father.. if she has not executed any will than all legal heirs are entitled to get their share.

Hi, the share in the property of your grandmother will transfer to all the legal heirs of your grandmother i.e. all your uncle and aunty , if you want ti transfer the share of your grandmother in your name then you need to file a declaration suit in the civil court.
