Rights of grand daughter In grand parents property

My grand father died without making a Will about a self made residential property. He had three sons and one daughter. Unfortunately my father and mother also expired and I am their only daughter. Now my uncles are trying to sell that property without my consent. I have been married two years back and have a 8 month old daughter. Pl convey the legal rights I have in this property. I'm of Hindu religion

you dont have any right in the grandfather's personal property but since a part of it s inherited by your father, it gives you a right in the property qua your father's share in the property. you can file for a partition suit wherein the other parties called will have to explain why it should not be given to you and why they havent given it till now
