Rights of a widow over the property of her in-laws.

29-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
My sister's husband passed away last week due to a critical illness. They have two daughters, one 14 yrs of age and the other 7 yrs.My sister's mother-in-law(X) is planning to give all the property to her daughter. We are only left with an option to go the legal way. X and her husband(Y) were both doctors.Y passed away before my sister's marriage. Now X is saying that the property is all her's and not inherited. How can she claim that the entire property is her's when Y was also a doctor and was a bread earner for their family? How can we fight back to get justice to my sister? Please advice.

Hi
Something seriously wrong. Need to have more details of the properties owned by Mrs. X and Her Husband Y.
Also, it is better to file a suit for partition of all of the properties. so need to know the details of the properties (certified copies of title deeds etc) owned by X and her husband.
