Right of son in inherited property

11-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
My mother has given consent to her brother to remove her name. The property was inherited property from my grandfather and there is no will. Since the property is inherited property, can I claim my rights even if my mother has surrendered her rights since my right get established at the time of my birth. Jayant 7208032493

In your query you have not stated paternal grandfather or maternal grandfather. If property vested in your from maternal grandfather then you can't claim for that property. That property can devolve in brothers of your mother.

yes being the second line legal heir if your grandfather you are entitled to claim your right on the property. your mother can discontinue her claim in the property however you can continue to claim your right in the property, even though it is inherited.
