Right of person in ancestral property

My Father was eloped and living separately from his family and he got the new identity from the new address. So It possible for us to get some rights to ask for our grand fathers assets.

Hi madam sir. When our you go it is not problem because everyone share of our grandfather assest so you can claim that property but that property only inherited mean

Legally, you always have right over ancestral property, which your father cannot take away, irrespective of your father's present situation. You may send him a legal notice claiming your share, and if there be no response file a suit.
