Right of married daughter in property

My daughter is married and she is living with her husband. My son in law want property which is on name of my wife but i dont want to give any right to my daughter due to her nature.she is going to court for legal proces to devide property how can i save my property i dont want to give her.

Yes after the Hindu succession act amendment in the year 2005 a women has the same right in father's property as the son has some birth.

This right is only with respect to the undivided family Property and not with respect to the individual property of the of father

If the property is self acquired property of your wife, your Daughter does not have a direct right over the property. Your wife is free to dispose of the property in any manner she desires. She can sell, gift or bequeath the same as she desires.
