Right of a daughter on her father's property

01-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandmother got a property as gift from her father after marriage and half of that property was transferred to my grandfather. Hindu law will apply to us. Then they both made a registered will sharing this property equally to their grandchilds (sons children). Now my grandmother is no more. she has two daughters and can they claim share from this property now citing new Hindu succession act? It's not a self acquired property but a gift from my great grandfather.

since there is a will from grand parents, daughters can not claim the rights on the property. property acquired through GIFT will be considered as self acquired property. hence Will be held valid in court of law. however the execution of the will should be proper
