I have purchased revenue site and it is registered into my name . I do also have EC in my name . Surrounding of my plot almost 5km away lands are acquired by BDA how do I make sure this land is safeguarded and no issue faces in future
if your site is included in the areas that are notified for acquisition by BDA then there is no way you can safeguard it are make sure that no issue comes up in future. only that you will have to file your application for compensation.
